Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the production of proposals, prequals, and presentations including layout, resumes, project experience, and additional content utilizing strong written skills and appealing graphics
- Event planning including all internal and external functions and project events
- Collect project information for use on social media, website, and project datasheets
- Research and coordinates project photography, headshots, office stock photography, and event photography
- Provide support to social media efforts
- Vendor management and relationship for apparel, signage, and events in addition to seeking and qualifying new vendors
- Supports management of CRM database
- Administer other marketing related duties as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred; or 3-5 years experience in similar roles;
or the equivalent combination of both
- Experience in A / E / C industry, database systems, and work management platform (Trello) preferred
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), Canva and Microsoft Office programs PC usage
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
- Excellent communication skills oral and written
- Strong self-manager with impeccable attention to detail and flourish in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently along with cross-functional teams
- Possess creativity, flexibility and open to constructive criticism and feedback
Provide portfolio or work samples (ex. Marketing collateral, copywriting, etc.)
REPORTS TO : Senior Director of Marketing

Schedule
In Office 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm, M-F
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, an employee is regularly required sit for long periods; stand; talk and hear both in person and by telephone;
and be able to operate a computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is occasionally required to walk, climb, stoop or bend and lift up to twenty-five pounds.
Must have the ability to walk up and down the stairs several times a day. These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
