Responsibilities

Art Asset Preparation and Optimization :

  • Break down and prepare assets provided by the game Artist for efficient integration into the game.
  • Collaborate with the Art Designer and Engineer to determine the most efficient workflows, ensuring visual fidelity while minimizing game size.
  • Optimize art assets and animations to maintain fast load times and meet performance benchmarks for mobile devices.
  • Maintain alignment with the game team's creative vision and technical requirements throughout the production process.

    • Animation :

  • Create high-quality animations using Spine and other animation tools as required.
  • Collaborate with the Artists and Game Designers to ensure animations align with the game's creative vision and enhance gameplay.

    • Marketing Production :

  • Produce polished lobby icon and operator assets for iCasino lobbies.

    • Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Experience in balancing visual quality and performance optimization for mobile games.
  • 2+ years of experience in production art for game development for mobile.
  • Proficient in Spine for creating animations.
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Arts and Engineers to solve challenges and implement efficient workflows.
  • Understanding of file compression techniques, sprite atlases, and efficient animation techniques.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate seamless handoffs and feedback loops between disciplines.
