FULL-TIME DIRECTOR FOR A FUN, VIBRANT DAYCARE CENTER!
Location : Near Chelten and Germantown Avenues
Salary : $23 to $27 per hour
We are a vibrant, fun daycare with loving, high-energy students.
We are seeking qualified candidates who are experienced, creative and knowledgeable with strong leadership and communication skills.
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications :
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education , child development or related field
- Must be knowledge able about the PHLpreK program
- Must have at least 2 years of experience managing people
- Experience in creating and managing rigorous, age-appropriate curriculum
- Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations for childcare
- Knowledge in managing an accredited daycare program
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and the ability to learn other computer programs quickly
- Must have all clearances and a clean driving record
