As the ShopTab Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with a delightful and entertaining shopping experience in TikTok.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team, responsible for defining the intersection of shopping and content.

  • Responsible for managing the user journey US / EU TikTok Shoptab, including E-commerce marketing strategies, user benefits, task center and other product features, with the aim of growing the user base of Shoptab
  • Understand E-commerce business, identify shopping habits including browsing, exploring, and purchasing behaviors, to enhance user retention and repurchase intent, and increase LTV
  • Deeply understand E-commerce user consumption behavior patterns, able to gain insights into current business and industry competitors, conduct horizontal analysis, and identify business opportunities and innovative breakthrough points.
  • Discover the essential needs of users and be good at empathy, solve user pain points, promote XFN team cooperation, and coordinate all partners to achieve goals together

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Highly data sensitive, quick discoverer in data insights and able to locate the cause, give a solution, and verify the result
  • Strong cross-team / culture collaboration ability and excellent communication skills, target driving
  • Fast learning and self driving

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA / BS degree or above in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with e-commerce business / data science is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in strategy / promotion / user growth products; experience in e-commerce platform startegy / promotion / user growth products is preferred
