Floorplan payments and Journal Entries
Cancelations
Dealer Reserves
Backup Accounting Staff
Journal Entries and Reports as assigned.
Experienced Automotive Assistant Office Manager Weekly / Monthly Duties :
Inventory Cleanup - Weekly
We Owe Cleanup Weekly
F&I products / Contracts' payables schedule Clean up.
Floorplan Audit Monthly
Projects or assignments as directed.
Minimum Requirements :
- 3+ years in an automotive accounting office
- Billing and L&T experience
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
