This job was posted by : For more information, please see : SS CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION seeks 8 temp FT Concrete Finishers from 10 / 1 / 24-12 / 10 / 24.

Duties : Must be able to form concrete and check that they are properly constructed, work with basicconcrete tools, such as levels, shovels, and trowels, be able to read and follow blueprints, able tosignal drivers and other employees, check concrete to make sure it is properly aligned, and at theproper depth, clean equipment, and work areas.

Employees will never use heavy machinery.Employer will provide worker all tools, supplies, & equip. 1 mon. exp. req. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Random drug testing during employment for cause. Requires physical ability to crouch, kneel, bend over, maneuver in small places.

Worksite 1637 W PARK PL, OKLAHOMA CITY, OK 73106 & multiple cities and towns in Oklahoma,Cleveland, Lincoln, Logan, & Canadian Counties.

Transportation provided to and from worksites. $21.17 / hr, 40 hrs / wk, 8 hour shifts, Mon- Fri, 7am-4pm, some overtime may be available includingweekends.

OT may be avail. @ $31.76 / hrEmployer guarantees work hours equal to at least 3 / 4ths of the workdays in each 12-wk period of thetotal employment period.

Workers will be paid weekly; the employer will use a single workweek as itsstandard for computing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from the workerspaycheck required by law but will make no other deductions.

The employer will reimburse the H-2Bworker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees,including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.

If the worker completes50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation andsubsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.

Upon completion of the work contractor where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costsof return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed towork, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.

The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical andreasonable common carrier for the distance involved.

Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
