Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support business strategies and decision-making.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Provide variance analysis on actual vs. budgeted financial performance, identifying key trends and drivers.
- Collaborate with departments to gather and analyze financial data for special projects and initiatives.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by ensuring accuracy of financial data and reports.
- Identify process improvements and enhance financial reporting capabilities.
- Work with senior management to analyze financial impacts of business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
- 0 - 3 years' financial analysis and modeling experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
