Summary of Job Duties :

As a Compensation Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our Division of People and Culture team, responsible for supporting various aspects of compensation administration.

You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our compensation processes while providing support to employees and associates.

This role will act as a first point of contact for Compensation and Classification requests from partners and internal associates.

This role processes salary changes resulting from job changes, market adjustments and payments associated with compensation plans.

Assists with the daily review of compensation-related inquires. and gathers data and information to prepare and / or assist in the preparation of reports.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, accounting, finance or related field
  • High School Diploma and 4 years of experience in compensation, human resources, accounting, financial reporting, or analytics experience.

This is a remote position and will require travel to Little Rock campus 1-2 times a month.
