We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Contouring / Aesthetic pro to join our amazing, growing team at Houston Weight & Wellness Center!!!! You will provide body contour treatments at our centrally located Houston office.
Hours : Part Time / Full Time
Pay : $15 per hour PLUS COMMISSIONS on service packages sold.
Expect to make $1000 - $4000 per month in commissions.
What You’ll do :
- Provide body contouring treatments with the Ultimate Contour Device, provide direct patient care and ensure adherence to patient safety guidelines.
- Conduct assessments of patients' health histories, current medical conditions, and goals.
- Collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, ensuring clear communication and managing realistic expectations.
- Educate patients on pre-procedure instructions, including dietary recommendations, take hydration recommendations, and provide support.
- Monitor patients’ overall well-being throughout the procedure, promptly addressing any complications or adverse events.
- Documentation of procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient interactions, assessments, treatments and outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Previous work in an aesthetic or medical environment.
- Proficient in patient assessment, consultation, and development of individualized treatment plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients and work collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
