Huntersville Ford is looking for a full time Automotive Sales Consultant. Lots of growth potential.

We are a locally owned and operated dealership located in the southern end of the Lake Norman Area and North of Charlotte.

Our dealership was founded in 2002 by Dan Parks and Vernon Krause who have been in business together since 1991. Mr.

Stacy Cowan joined our team as General Manager in 2019 and became a partner in 2020. Our community trusts us, and our commitment to excellent customer service keeps our neighbors coming back.

Responsibilities :

• Exhibit consultative selling skills.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
• Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new / used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Conduct customer consultation to select best vehicle in stock that fit needs and budget
• Build value with through Feature, Advantage, Benefit product presentation
• Bring your A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day

Qualifications :

• Sales Experience preferred (Any industry) but not required for the right applicant
• Self motivated team player
• Ability to learn new technologies and product lines
• Professional verbal and written communication skills as well as appearance
• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays (We are closed on Sunday)
• High ethical standards to help develop customers for life
• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
