Global Head of Nuveen Paid Media
The Global Head of Nuveen Paid Media role will have responsibility for the global advertising, paid media and digital marketing strategies for the Nuveen brands, products and services.
This role will partner closely with other members of the Nuveen client marketing and brand leadership team to create, manage and execute on paid media and campaign priorities.
This includes researching and analyzing key business drivers, trends, and performance indicators for the future growth of the Nuveen business, specific to audiences, regions and LOBs.
With an emphasis on delivering disciplined growth, the Head of Nuveen Paid Media will be responsible for integrating strategic direction and ensuring alignment with all stakeholders, including internal and agency teams.
The role requires an understanding of the digital omni-channel landscape, ability to build advanced paid media strategy and plans and the capacity to guide more complex and sophisticated integrated strategy to exceed goals.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute paid media marketing strategies across Nuveen; including management of the advertising budget, agency and resourcing
- In alignment with overall Nuveen initiatives, brand strategy and business partners goals, create compelling global, regional, and segment specific campaigns across all paid mediums / channels
- Partner with Nuveen client marketing teams to leverage and extend our go-to-market, thought leadership and brand campaigns through our digital, social media and media platforms
- Work closely with Nuveen client marketing and sales teams in support of business goals to segment, target and qualify priority prospects;
this includes identifying cross-sell / upsell and retargeting opportunities within known and unknown clients or prospects
- Track and measure the impact of paid media activities on customer growth, retention and financial outcomes, and communicate these impacts within the organization
- Manage cross-team processes as it relates to internal / external communication, integrated planning, integrated deliverables & knowledge sharing.
- Display a strong, consistent, and vocal asset management paid media point of view; maintain ability to influence partner thinking at all levels

5+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically in B2B or asset management marketing
Preferred :
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically in B2B or asset management marketing
- Knowledge of the financial services industries / segments, specifically asset management, traditional and modern marketing ecosystem, industry event landscape and regulatory / legal trends
- Strong knowledge of multiple digital channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, ABM, CRO, Social, Display, CTV, etc.)
- Ability to build relationships with clients and peers
- Strong written and oral communication skills, specifically around presentations
- Effective time management and project management skills
- Prior people-management experience
- Proficient in G Suite & Microsoft Office

2024-07-10Base Pay Range : $180,000 / yr. - $250,000 / yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
