UC Business Operations Analyst
The Opportunity :
Booz Allen is looking for a Unified Communications (UC) support analyst to join our team in support of our global voice, video, and meeting support services.
The successful candidate will be a part of the team that is responsible for UC hardware, applications, and general user support for all Booz Allen staff globally.
You'll collaborate with other Booz Allen staff organizations to provide input on service and operational improvement efforts.
You'll work directly with the UC manager, team leads, and other IT engineers to analyze and improve the team's processes in response to customer and service delivery needs.
You will support the team's ongoing service delivery improvement by providing impactful data, performance metrics, and trending that information to help streamline the teams service delivery.
You'll be provided training opportunities to learn new skills, maintain a high level of industry knowledge, and should be able to pass that training on to others.
Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have :
- 5+ years of experience with providing Tier I + II client support
- 5+ years of experience with working in a direct customer service role including Executive level support
- 5+ years of experience with supporting technology in a large enterprise
- 5+ years of experience with project and program support
- 5+ years of experience with interpreting and presenting service data and user metrics
- 5+ years of experience with generating data driven presentations and executive dashboards
- 5+ years of experience in working with an enterprise ticketing system
- 3+ years of experience with supporting or developing a multi-year product strategy
- Ability to analyze technical data quickly and communicate with others to resolve issues
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have :
- Experience in working with UC-based technologies
- Experience with project management
- PMP Certification
- ITIL or a related IT Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
