Job Title : Golang Developer
Work Location : Richardson, TX
Duration : 6 month contract with option to extend
Education / Experience Required : 5+ Years of coding experience; Golang (preferred) OR JAVA OR Python
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Working on in-house applications.
- Principally develops, maintains, enhances, and tests systems of the highest complexity.
- Performs investigation and resolution of complex and critical data, system, and software issues in the production environment.
- Contributes software development expertise to multiple projects and ensures that specifications are met. Conducts unit testing before releasing code to QA / UAT testing, performs code reviews, and receives PR feedback positively.
- Follows established software development standards and procedures and contributes towards their improvement.
- Well versed with databases and persists in maintenance and management.
- Actively participates in scrum events.
- Adheres to DevOps procedures.
- Performs evaluation of new platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Designs, develops, and maintains internal algorithms and tools for software development.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ Years of coding experience.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
- Develop applications utilizing Golang (preferred) OR JAVA OR Python.
- Application Development / Software Engineering / REST API / Design Patterns, SQL / SQL Server, RDBMS Concepts / Docker containers, YAML file concepts / LLMs understanding.
