Berkshire Precision Tool, LLC, a leading supplier of American-made, industrial cutting tools, is seeking a Shipping Clerk for our production facility located in Pittsfield, MA.
This person will be responsible for set-up and operation of production machinery.
This is a full-time position. The hours for this position will be 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday. The starting pay for this position will be $17.
00 per hour. For experienced shipping clerks, starting pay will be commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities for Shipping Clerk
Receiving incoming stock and materials
Entering inventory into tracking system
Pulling stock according to work orders
Preparation for shipment of products
Maintain a clean work area
Qualifications for Shipping Clerk
High School Diploma or GED
Good computer knowledge
Must be detail-oriented with a good work ethic
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to work in a team
