Hours : Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Pay range : $47,000 - $52,000 annually, plus quarterly bonus potential

Duties and responsibilities
- Manage and organize electronic files and drawings related to preconstruction projects.
- Serve as the communication hub between the team and vendors. Send and verify electronic files and drawings, track bids, and maintain a positive, professional relationship.
- Assist the team by completing spreadsheets, collecting bids, verifying vendor counts, and comparing revised documents to identify changes.
- Perform administrative tasks such as proofreading proposals, tracking bids, entering data, and filing.
- Maintain AutoDesk Construction Cloud (ACC), creating and updating forms and organizing drawings, specifications, and other documents.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to plan and implement the company’s social media calendar, ensuring consistent, timely posts across all platforms.
Qualifications
Education and Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Further education or certification in construction, electrical, or related fields is a plus.
Hard Skills
- Ability to perform basic calculations.
- Strong proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with programs such as Canva and social media scheduling platforms.
- Data entry and electronic file management experience.
Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Self-starter who values following established processes and guidelines.
- Able to take on tasks and responsibilities with a sense of urgency.
- Willing to ask questions to clarify expectations and ensure accuracy.
