Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the IPT Leadership, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to deconflict priorities and resolve cross-IPT issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to plan development increments and software builds, ensuring alignment with the overall project plan.
• Lead the sprint kick-off meetings, daily scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create and monitor sprit execution metrics such as burndown charts.
• Help foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer or electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years’ relevant engineering experience.
• 3+years’ experience in a technical engineering lead position.
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
• Experience guiding agile teams on how to use Agile / Scrum best practices.
• Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery, and automated test.
• Experience with cloud services, such as AWS.
