Job description : *Key Responsibilities : Design and draft mechanical components for each project.* Develop and manage project timelines to meet critical deadlines, including show dates and open houses.
- Collaborate with software and electrical engineers, shop personnel, and technicians to optimize designs.* Prioritize reliability, serviceability, and cost-efficiency in designs.
- Ensure adherence to ETL and UL standards during the design process.* Create and maintain costed Bills of Materials (BOM) for each project.
Qualifications : *Required Skills and Abilities : Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Technical and mechanical aptitude.* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors, co-workers, and customers.
- Strong time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in decision-making.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.*Education and Experience : Bachelors Degree (BS) or Associate Degree (ASS) in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in *SolidWorks*, *PDM*, and *Microsoft Office* is essential.
