Essential Responsibilities
- Daily operation with breakfast & lunch counter service and full bar till dark
- Tournaments & Banquets
- Hands-on position working the counter with customer interaction
- Reponsible for staffing, training, kitchen, ordering, receiving, inventory & reconciliation
- Cross-training with golf operations & MOD responsibilities
