Who we are looking for :

We are looking for a results-oriented and tactical Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team, driving financial strategy and propelling our growth trajectory.

You will play a pivotal role in securing capital, optimizing financial performance, and navigating the complexities of a rapidly evolving clean tech landscape.

With your strategic acumen and leadership expertise, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the company and maximizing shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies : Lead the development and execution of long-term financial plans, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives and driving sustainable growth.
  • Lead negotiations on complex capital structures : Drive negotiations on key terms and structures of financings including : project financing, mezzanine debt and equity capital.
  • Oversee all financial operations : Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, managing financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success as a financial leader, preferably within the clean technology or mining industries.
  • Experience with project & debt financing facilities in a high growth environment.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior financial management roles, with a strong understanding of financial modeling, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building high-performing finance teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
