Manufacturing Associate

Location : Gray, Maine

Job Description :

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Assembling components and products according to specifications.
• Conducting quality checks and inspections.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.

Work Environment :

• 1st Shift : M-F (7a-3p) - 18 / hr
• 2nd Shift : M-Thurs (4p-3a) - 20 / hr
• PPE Required :
• Shoe Straps
• Jacket
