Key Responsibilities :

• As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach
• You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring that the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants
• You will validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes
• In this role, you are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in Retirement Planning Services
• You should have influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions
• You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
• Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum 8 years experience as Retirement Domain Product Owner
• Must-have skills : Retirement, Retirement services domain specifically distributions to beneficiaries, etc., Agile methodology
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Atlassian JIRA Align.
• Bachelor Degree

Preferred Qualifications :

Good-to-have skills : Money Movement, Plan Management

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
