As a Prep person for Pizza Inn, you will be responsible for preparing daily preps at a fast pace that include; shredding cheese, dicing onions, green peppers, and tomatoes.
Make pizza sauce, pizzert mix, stromboli’s, pastas, cheese bread and other items.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Able to fulfill job descriptions of cut & pack and cook.
- Delivers finished menu items to guest’s home or office.
- Accepts payment for food upon delivery.
- Keeps car clean and in good working condition.
- Keeps pace with incoming delivery orders.
- Knows menu and able to describe items.
- Assists in answering phone, taking orders, and kitchen duties as needed, including dishwashing and trash disposal.
- Assists in making pizza sauce and folding boxes.
- Assists in other areas of the restaurant when needed.
- Completes opening and / or closing checklists.
- Other duties as assigned by Company Management.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND SOME NIGHTS
