Requirements
Voice / Network Support :
- Manage phone setup and changes (Cisco, Zoom)
- Voicemail
- User info
- Phone replacement
- Verizon Patient OneTalk Cordless solution
- Verify settings
- 911 Address
- User Info (Name, Cost Center)
- User features (Call Rejection, Call Waiting, International Calling, Caller ID Blocking)
- Phone replacement (Setup base and pair 3 handsets to it)
- Modify Vlans on switch ports
- Phone
- Copier / Printer
- Wireless
- Infrastructure
- Monitor / Resolve network and circuit outages
- Troubleshoot issues (SD-WAN, Switch, Firewall, VPN)
- Contact ISP for circuit outages
- Setup site-to-site tunnels with vendors / partners

- Fortinet FortiGate 201F and 81F devices
- Cisco Catalyst Switches (3650 and 9300)
- Cisco Nexus 9300 and 2248 Switches (Data Center)
- Cisco Voice routers (4331)
