Responsibilities : * Administering compensation programs* Conducting market pricing and pay equity analysis* Developing job descriptions, and ensuring compliance with wage laws* Supports immigration processes* Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation* Prepare reports and presentations relating to compensation and benefits* Resolves employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits* Administrative tasks, policy updates, and serving as a backup to the Benefits SpecialistQualifications : * 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on compensation* Experience in job evaluation, compensation analysis, and variable pay plans* Bachelor"s degree or equivalent experience in HR or business* Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge of employment laws* Preferred : SHRM certification, vendor management experience, and experience with market pricing tools and immigration processes.
