Summary : Provide direct patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN.Minimum Qualifications : Other information : Required Certification includes Basic Life Support from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
Minimum requirements include 6 months acute care experience or 1-year Skilled Nursing Facility experience; or completion of Nursing Fundamentals from a Nursing Program;
or EMT certification / Paramedic license for ER only. If no experience / training in sterile technique; insertion and removal of urinary catheters, and IV reseal removal.
A BayCare PCT Course and accompanying competencies must be completed within 90 days of hire.Preferred - 1 year - Hospital in related field.
