Overview :
We are looking for a friendly Concierge / Receptionist to manage client interactions, schedule appointments, and support our sales team.
Youll be the first point of contact for clients and help ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Responsibilities
- Answer client calls and follow up on their needs.
- Set at least 10 appointments daily for account executives.
- Update client information and track interactions in the system.
- Send out letters and information packets for cross-selling opportunities.
- Gather referrals and maintain communication with new leads.
Requirement
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and data entry.
- Insurance or sales experience is a plus.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
