Marketing Intern
Location : Pensacola, FL
Reports to : Marketing Director
Salary : $17 per hour
Term : The internship's initial term will run from November 2024 through February 2025, with the possibility of an extension for the right candidate and workload status.

About the Marketing Office :
Crown's Marketing Office is the central hub for all print, online, and media communications, supporting the company's growth across diverse markets.
Established in 2020, the marketing department is currently a one-person team, providing a unique opportunity for you to make a real impact.
As an intern, you will be directly involved in key projects and gain significant hands-on experience. Your work will help support 25 sales and service representatives in the field while contributing to overall company growth through innovative and strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development of sales proposals.
- Conduct market research.
- Contribute to the development of Crown's EliteCare Linen Collection.
- Assist with marketing promotion development, tracking, and analytics.
- Write, format, and distribute email newsletters and marketing communications.
- Develop and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms.
- Design flyers and promotional materials.
- Edit photos and marketing visuals.
- Support planning and logistics for the annual sales meeting in January.
- Write and edit video scripts; assist in video production.
- Utilize AI tools for content generation and analysis.
- Perform clerical tasks such as copying, coordinating mailings, and responding to emails.
- Gain exposure to Salesforce and assist with data entry and tracking.
- Help other team members throughout the company as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
- Current university junior or senior studying Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Graphic Design. Recent graduates wishing to gain experience are also invited to apply.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere, is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of social media management and online marketing best practices.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Hours :
Flexible schedule between the hours of 8 a.m.-4 : 30 p.m. M-F, not to exceed 20 hours per week.
