Responsibilities of the Marketing Account Manager : Maintain, drive, and develop newfound support in the community by providing information about our client.
Gather & utilize community-centric data to support outreach initiatives, presentations, and increase support in the designated territory.
Meet with customers and community members to explain new offerings from our clientele
Follow-up with fellow Marketing Account Managers and past donors for feedback and further support
Complete donor transactions and offer information and community resources to better serve the cause
Exceed new and repeat donor acquisition to expand brand awareness
Meet with the Marketing Account Manager team to identify and propose new marketing opportunities and services that align with client needs, contributing to account growth and long-term client retention.
