What You'll Contribute

The Associate, Data Management will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of data management systems, processes, and policies to ensure the effective utilization and protection of data.

What You'll Do

Design data management strategies and implement data delivery solutions.

Create and design targeting attributes through analyzing multi-sourced data streams.

Analyze data to determine shifts and create predictive strategies for our business partners through visualizations and interactive presentations.

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide insights to inform business strategies.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy by monitoring data sources and implementing quality control processes.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What you have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

Strong experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages commonly used in analytics.

Experience with development in cloud-based technologies.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and deliver high-quality analytics outputs.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Experience in data infrastructure and analytics is preferred.

Preferred education, skills, and experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

1-3 years of experience in data management roles or data analytics roles.
