Description of Responsibilities : Great customer service skills . This is a Lead position whose primary duties include overseeing the Donation Door area in its entirety, including operating a forklift as well as assisting Donation Door Attendants with the receipt, recording, sorting of donations to effectively process through the Kaizen system.
Full compliance to Kaizen guidelines / principles as outlined in the audit and 5-minute drills. Other duties included but not limited to : processing, cleaning, customer service, building fixtures / equipment, and all other duties instructed by your immediate supervisor.
Required Experience : High School graduate or its equivalent; Forklift certification preferred; some past experience in retail and / or stock handling.
- Required skills Must have ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack and other equipment; effective communication both written and verbal;
- Sufficient mobility to turn from side to side, lean kneel or bend and stand for long periods of time; see and recognize colors Knowledge of basic math skills;
lift at least forty (40) pounds on a frequent and continuous basis and occasionally to team lift up to (100) pounds. May have to occasionally work where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.
