Case Manager- Pre-Suit Injury Case Management

ARC Group is currently looking for a Case Manager to join our client's law firm in Downtown Jacksonville, FL. This opportunity is with a growing Personal Injury Law Firm dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients.
The candidate selected will help those injured navigate the legal process with ease and achieve the best possible outcomes for their cases.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of case management experience in personal injury law. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-suit personal injury cases, ensuring that each case is handled efficiently and effectively from inception to settlement.
Key Responsibilities :
Case Management : Handle a caseload of pre-suit personal injury cases, ensuring timely and accurate progression of each case.
Client Communication : Maintain regular and professional communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their cases and answering any questions they may have.
Adjuster Communication : Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements and handle case-related inquiries.
Property Damage Review : Assess and document property damage claims, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurately reported.
Client Treatment Management : Coordinate and manage client medical treatments, ensuring clients receive the necessary care and that all medical records are obtained and organized.
Documentation : Prepare and review case documentation, including demand letters, medical records, and other necessary legal documents.
Case Strategy : Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure all necessary steps are taken for successful case resolution.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of case management experience in personal injury law.
Strong understanding of personal injury law, including knowledge of the legal process, medical terminology, and insurance claims.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience interacting with insurance adjusters.
Proficient in reviewing and managing property damage claims and client medical treatments.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
