Known for tackling unique logistical and environmental challenges, our client offers a range of construction services from preconstruction planning to execution in remote and urban areas alike.

What You’ll Do : As a Commercial Project Manager, you’ll take the reins on multiple diverse projects, overseeing everything from start to finish.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

Here’s what you can expect :

  • Contract Management : Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, and changes with architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Project Leadership : Lead the planning and implementation of projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Budgeting & Reporting : Develop and manage project budgets, track progress, and provide detailed cost tracking reports.
  • Team Coordination : Allocate resources, provide direction to project teams, and ensure seamless communication with all stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance & Safety : Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes, and maintain strict quality control on all deliverables.
  • Progress Monitoring : Track project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates and presenting solutions to any challenges.
  • Client Relationships : Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure the success of each project.

What We’re Looking For : We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager who is excited about the opportunity to manage commercial construction projects in both urban and remote locations.

Here’s what we need from you :

  • Experience : 5+ years as a Project Manager, overseeing a variety of projects, with at least 2 years of experience managing remote construction and rural logistics.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in CPM scheduling, cost control, quality control, and the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Software Savvy : Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Projects, or other scheduling software. Ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Leadership & Communication : Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Safety Knowledge : Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and the ability to implement safety and quality inspection procedures.
  • Problem Solver : Ability to work flexibly in fast-paced environments, solve complex problems, and present solutions to stakeholders.
