Currently we are looking for motivated Recruiters to join ourteam!
Compensation : $Base Pay uncappedcommissions
Pleasenote : this is a 1099 subcontractorposition
PositionDescription : The Recruiter isresponsible for all external candidates from sourcing recruitmentto retention to end of the assignment (the entire life cycle of thecandidate s placement cycle)
Thisincludes :
a) sourcing andselecting quality candidates;
b)placing candidates in appropriate roles for externalcontracts
c) work closely withthe Director of Recruiting to fill urgent positions
c) managing any issues the candidate mayhave with their placement (or that the client may have with thecandidate)
EssentialDuties andResponsibilities :
Source potential qualified candidates including identifyingscreening and selecting candidates through various candidatesources including jobboards
Assess and select candidates that meet clientneeds
Determine wage rates for candidates within client contractualguidelines
Remove poor performing candidates from assignments (or effectivelyrecommend suchremoval)
Resolve any issues between candidates and client includingescalation of issues as needed to appropriate client and TREleadership
Retain successful candidates by positive interactions / contactthrough phone email texting software social media etc. among otherthings
Consistently manage relationship from the beginning of therecruitment process throughout the candidate sassignment
Work closely with Account Managers / Recruitment Director to maintaina viable candidatepipeline
Demonstrate professionalism in areas of answering phones textingandemails
RequiredEducation :
Bachelor s Degree in Education Human Resources BusinessCommunications Psychology or similar discipline OR EquivalentExperience (minimum 1 or more years of experience in thefield)
