RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR :
- Invoice Management : The Accounts Payable Coordinator will meticulously review, validate, and process invoices
- Payment Execution : Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments
- Financial Record Maintenance : Maintain precise and organized transaction records
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Finance and Operations teams
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR ROLE :
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will have 2-3 years in accounts payable
- Precision : Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will have strong verbal and written communication skills
Salary $50,000-$55,000 depending on experience
