Senior Network Engineer
Location : Boca Raton, Florida (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with expertise in Ubiquiti technologies, including UniFi, Fiber, and LTU platforms.
This role focuses on designing, deploying, and managing advanced network solutions to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, deployment, and management of Ubiquiti UniFi, Fiber, and LTU network solutions.
- Develop high-availability and secure network architectures.
- Configure and maintain network hardware (UniFi controllers, access points, switches, fiber solutions, LTU systems).
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Implement network security policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
- Continuously optimize and enhance network performance.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or 5-8 years of relevant experience).
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of network engineering with a focus on Ubiquiti UniFi, Fiber, and LTU technologies.
- Technical Skills :
- Expertise with Ubiquiti UniFi, Fiber optics, GPON, SFP modules, and LTU platforms.
- Strong understanding of network security (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion prevention).
- Experience with network monitoring tools (UniFi Network Controller, SNMP, Nagios).
- Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
