BWXT is currently seeking an On-Premise IT SAP Functional Analyst for its Lynchburg, VA or Barberton, OH locations!

The IT SAP Functional Analyst supports the Project System (PS) and Production Planning project (PP) configuration. SAP Project System is used at BWXT to drive manufacturing demand, schedule, and project cost management. Batch management and serial numbers are used to support traceability requirements.

Essential Responsibilities / Functions :

• Works with the development team to deliver reports, enhancements, forms, interfaces, and IDOC / ALE integration.
• Releases transports for migration to the QA system, and defines and executes test plan to assure proper application functioning.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand and document project and manufacturing business process requirements.
• Solution Design and Configuration :

Designs SAP solutions to meet project and manufacturing business requirements.

Leads and participates in the implementation of SAP ERP project and manufacturing solutions.

Provides training to end-users on new or updated processes.

Creates comprehensive documentation for implemented SAP ERP solutions, configurations, and processes.

Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and system functionalities.

Pay : $85,000- $134,000

The base salary range for this position in Ohio (US-OH) at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $134,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and / or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed at-will, unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
