An event space on the 27th floor that is also free, and has hosted the likes of casino nights, line dancing, award banquets, charity events, CE courses, and anything else our team and their business partners have needed.

In house operations who work in our Nashville office and are always available to support.

Access to 10+ local Real Estate, Lender and Builder organizations and events.

Responsibilities :

Identify and seek out future partners through well-developed business development plans.

Represent Wesley Mortgage in outside sales opportunities, including on the phone, face to face, and digitally.

Increase brand awareness through regular social media and networking opportunities.

Advertise and communicate Wesley Mortgage’s services to potential clients and identify proper residential mortgage loan products to fit their needs.

Create a high level of customer service, to define the Wesley Mortgage brand and exemplify why Wesley Mortgage is the lender of choice in our community.

Maintain organization of client data in our CRM System and Loan Origination Software.

Sustain a high level of efficiency, to preserve a beneficial timetable for clients.

Uphold high ethical standards / business practices, attend sales / staff meetings, complete duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications : Current registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.

Compensation : Competitive commission rate structure and bonuses.
