Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel position in Laurium, MI.

Job Description :
- Provide immediate and efficient care to patients experiencing medical emergencies.
- Assess and triage patients based on severity of illness or injury.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure adherence to all emergency room protocols and safety guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Education and Certification Requirements :
- Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
