Job Description Summary :

The LE Finance team provides strategic and financial insights to help drive the success of PayPal’s enterprise customer, by working closely with the LE business unit senior leadership team.

The key responsibility of this role is to lead critical FP&A processes such as analyzing and reporting to the management team the overall LE performance by collaborating with the different domains / products finance teams.

This is a high impact, high visibility position with exposure to PayPal’s senior leadership team.

In your day-to-day role you will :

• Analyze, understand, and explain trends, incorporating the outside in view / external environment impact.
• Collaborate with the various businesses' stakeholders to understand the performance and potential key strategic areas of investment and development.
• Work with finance and business teams to monitor our LE customers experience, from deal to post go live and analyze their impact on our portfolio.
• Streamline processes.
• Create presentations for the senior leadership team to support decision making processes.
• Support key financial processes such as weekly business updates, month and quarter end close analysis, monthly performance reviews, quarterly earnings reporting.

What do you need to bring?

• World-class analytics capabilities, a passion for problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity and creativity.
• Talent for synthesizing complex ideas and communicating them in ways others can easily understand (both verbally and via email / PowerPoint).
• Ability to work and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to do whatever it takes to get to the results.
• Team player attitude, partnering, and collaboration skills.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record in FP&A or related finance functions.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
• An understanding of payments product & technology is preferred and will go a long way in the success of this role.

The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $99300 to $216040.

For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace, ensuring that you equally have the benefits and conveniences of both locations.
