DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Experience managing projects from inception to close-out, preferably on the luxury side.
- Thorough comprehension of Florida Building Codes to guarantee on-site installation compliance.
- Monitor daily productivity and troubleshoot installation issues across all sites.
- Recruit and train team members, focusing on skill development and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary liaison with general contractor superintendents throughout project delivery.
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering preferred.
- Fluency in Portuguese is preferred. However, seniority in the field may compensate for language skills.
