We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of IT to spearhead our IT Department and drive all technology-related initiatives.
This role involves developing and executing a technology strategy aligned with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will excel in project management and business analysis, with familiarity in SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau.
Strong communication skills with both leadership and technical teams are essential.
Responsibilities :
- IT Project Management : Lead and manage IT projects, including database management, system implementations, software migrations, etc.
- System Architecture & Database Management : Oversee SQL / database architecture and management, ensuring efficient data handling and storage solutions.
- Technical Liaison : Serve as a bridge between technical teams (both internal and external) and business stakeholders, clearly communicating project needs and updates.
- Third-Party Vendor Management : Identify needs for third-party developers or consultants and manage these relationships effectively.
- Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes.
- Quality Assurance : Oversee basic quality testing and ensure that processes and procedures consistently meet high standards.
- Manage AI projects with selected AI vendor
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in IT project management and system architecture.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau; ability to manage and oversee reports and data handling.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; methodical and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to explore innovative solutions
- Strong desire to continuously learn, grow and acquire new skills and information
- Management experience particularly in setting goals and holding others accountable.
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically and strategically and make decisions from a business standpoint.
