As a Customer Support Assistant, youll work in a fun, fast-paced team environment to collaboratively and interchangeably support patients and coworkers while providing the highest quality service.
This position is a unique blend of customer service and administrative work that provides variety and excitement each day.
This position serves as the front desk point of contact / coordinator for customer supply pickups, assists other departments with special projects, and serves as a backup for the Receptionists.
This position is key to quality customer service by conducting daily audits of outstanding supplies and partnering with other departments to ensure an accurate process
The qualified candidate must be self-motivated, have the ability to multitask, and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proven experience working as part of a team and ability to quickly learn new computer systems is required.
This position is full-time, and the schedule is Monday-Friday with flexible hours between 7 : 00am and 5 : 00pm.
Due to COVID-19 and recommendations from the CDC, interviews for this position will be conducted via phone or video until it is no longer necessary.
