Head of Applications Development

How You Can Impact :

As the Head of Applications Development, you will :

• Plan, develop, and maintain the enterprise applications.
• Manage multiple development teams including Salesforce CRM, Custom Developed .NET applications; manage the DBA, and Quality Assurance teams;

maintain integrations between custom applications and enterprise systems such as Anthology Student, Canvas, Oracle HCM, and CORE Clinical.

• Develop and establish the organization's application development lifecycle process and policy to ensure consistent, efficient, and reliable deployments of new applications and application enhancements.
• Develop strategy for integrating with cloud-based solutions.

Who You Are :

• 7-10 years’ experience in strategy and long-range planning and enterprise architecture.
• 10 years’ experience with increasing responsibilities in software development building and maintaining multiple applications at an enterprise level.
• Must have experience managing medium to large teams (25-50) with a mix of offshore and remote.
• 10-15 years of overall information technology related experience with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted, multi-college / campus direction and planning.
• Knowledge of operating systems, networks, software applications, and hardware platforms.
• Knowledge of current practices in the administration of technology-based instructional systems.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, electronics engineering, voice / data communications, public / business administration, or a related field required;

Master’s degree preferred.

Compensation :

• $190,962.00 - $295,991.10 + Bonus
