What you will bedoing :
- Perform structuraldesign of various building projects. This includes development ofdesign documents calculations specifications and constructionadministration
- Designstructural systems of castinplace and posttensioned concretestructural steel masonry and wood framing for a variety ofhealthcare commercial industrial multifamily residential mixeduseand institutional buildings
Experience you willneed :
- Bachelors of Science degree in CivilEngineering is required Masters of Science degree inCivil / Structural Engineering is preferred
- Five (5) plus years of structural designexperience including various building systems andmaterials
- Professional Engineer Licensure required.Illinois Structural Engineer Licensurepreferred.
- Workingknowledge of various structural analysis and design programsincluding RISA 3D and RAM Structural System. Revit experience is aplus
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills and the ability to workindependently
