Job Description

The Senior Marketing Project Manager plays a pivotal role that leads brand and creative projects within the Creative Lab Team for Corporate Marketing.

We are seeking an individual who has a strong track record of excellent problem-solving skills with an eye towards meticulous planning and execution detail.

Your social intelligence, enthusiasm, and ability to work with and across teams will be foundational to this critical function.

You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business priorities, a keen sense of ownership, drive, and resourcefulness to get things done.

Lastly, flexibility and the ability to be two steps ahead of the game will be key in this role.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with corporate marketing teams (Creative Lab & Web) across (inbound & outbound) projects (including campaigns).

Work closely with the project sponsor and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

Strategize and build strategic project plans and play an active role in the enhancement of our project management and operations.

Manage program, project teams and creative agency partner(s) for optimal return-on-investment and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.

Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals / objectives.

Work with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities across a project's multiple cross-functional workstreams.Use our established processes to enhance the team execution by setting workflows and identifying inefficiencies that can be improved upon.

Prepare, maintain, and submit clear and concise activity / progress reports.Job Requirements

BA / BS degree or equivalent experience.8+ years marketing experience with history of working with various types of projects, marketing platforms and channels including digital.

Agency / consultancy or in-house studio experience or have worked with several agency partners.Work well in a fluid environment with a strong ability to bring order to chaos, create structure and encourage creativity.

Understanding of agile and creative campaign management.Experience using project management tools, Workfront a plus.Solution-oriented, with a track record of identifying and implementing innovative solutions.

An obsession with getting things done.

The estimated base salary range for the Senior Marketing Project Manager role based in the United States of America is : $80,900 - $121,300.

Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly.

Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
