Details of the Division and Team :

The position is in managerial level with responsibility of managing daily operation in CFX Processing Team, to ensure timely & accurate deliverables to stakeholder, client as well as to regulator.

Your key responsibilities :

Ensure that processing as per the Key Operating Procedures manual and within the Timeliness and accuracy standards specified.

Ensure sufficient supervision for timely execution and monitoring of the day to day process to avoid any delay / fail trades that can lead to regulatory fines and client complaint.

Ensure operational risks are well identified and managed, and where required, escalated properly.

Continuous improvement in Productivity to the standards prescribed for the processes from time to time.

Upholding the Values of the group and company at all times.

Compliance with all applicable Rules / regulations of both in country and group Policies

Actively involved in the Local and Regional project

Your skills and experience :

University graduate with minimum 8 years’ experience in similar fields.

Have a strong product knowledge

Excellent leadership, able to work in virtual global teams.

Excellent Communication skills, fluent in English both written and verbal

Operational Risk Awareness is crucial

A good team player, good analytical, computer literacy and be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
