Email Marketing Specialist - CPO

Major Responsibilities :

• Assist with marketing calendar planning and execution of associated email, SMS, and social production (build & schedule).
• Leverage analytics to understand and report out on performance as well as identify opportunities to improve and optimize the program.
• Propose and conduct A / B testing, collect and communicate challenges and opportunities to internal teams.
• Assist with loyalty program management.
• Stay up to date with competitive trends in the market, leverage insights to influence future retention and social initiatives and remain current with industry best practices.
• Maintain an understanding of social media platforms, tools, and tech.
• Create and publish social media content across all channels that match the brand identity and tone.
• Support marketing team with creation and growth of influencer programs.

Skills / Knowledge Required :

• Previous experience executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs, specifically email marketing & social media.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools (Preferred : Listrak, Attentive SMS) and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Basic knowledge of HTML preferred.
• Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or other Analytics tools experience coupled with strong analytical skills plus experience in creating detailed reports and translating data.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to manage multiple tasks / projects, while consistently meeting deadlines and goals.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills and copywriting proficiency.
• E-Commerce experience is a plus.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's Degree (BA), ideally in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
