Your New Role as a Lead Spray Foam Installer :
Step into a leadership position where you’ll run the show, from managing equipment to mentoring your team. As a Lead Spray Foam Installer, you’ll be at the helm of residential and commercial spray foam insulation projects, ensuring every job is done efficiently, safely, and up to our high standards.
Your Responsibilities :
- Lead your crew in installing spray foam insulation on various residential and commercial projects.
- Teach, mentor, and guide your team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Operate and maintain spray foam equipment while ensuring everything is used safely and effectively.
- Solve problems on the fly, adapting to job site challenges with quick thinking and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with clients, addressing concerns and keeping them informed throughout the project.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site from start to finish.

- 3+ years of experience in spray foam insulation (2 years will be considered).
- Leadership experience managing a crew or team on job sites.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- In-depth knowledge of spray foam equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, basements, crawl spaces) and at heights (ladders, scaffolding).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in extreme temperatures (hot and cold).
- Familiarity with OSHA safety protocols (OSHA 10 certification preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment under pressure.
- Basic math and computer skills for tracking materials and time.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasionally travel for out-of-town jobs.
