Role : Manager, Commercial Analytics (Pharma)
Location : Danbury, CT onsite

We are looking for Manager with experience in pharma / life science, which includes defining the product strategies / roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery to meet business needs.
Able to manage a larger team and act as liaison to the onshore team
Responsibilities :
- Experience in commercial projects across pharma / life sciences
- Experienced across any of the commercial analytics functions like marketing analytics, sales analytics
- Experienced in pharma data sets such as IQVIA, Symphony : Xponent, DDD, Digital Interaction data, Sales data
- Experienced in reporting and analytics / insight generation
- Good in project management, storytelling and stakeholder management
- Hands on SQL. Knowledge on Azure Cloud platform, Databricks, Pyspark or Python, Power BI are good to have
- Good to have data governance / data quality / data cataloging experience specifically around Ataccama / Collibra
- Experience in requirement gathering scoping, solution, project management and executing multiple project in parallel
Qualifications :
- Bachelors in Pharmacy / technology
- MS / MTech / Mpharma
- The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities;
