Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Attorney to provide legal services, support, and representation in a variety of areas.
The Attorney will need to be knowledgeable in the areas of Litigation, Pre-Suit, Mediations, Depositions, Hearings, and other related areas.
The Attorney will need to be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, to ensure the best possible result.
Looking for a candidates with experience in any of the following :
- General business litigation
- Construction defect litigation
- Property damage / property insurance litigation
- Professional liability claims
- Discrimination claims
- Fair debt violations
- General real estate litigation
Qualifications :
- Strong preference given to applicants with 3+ years of experience in litigation (from pre-suit through to trial, depositions, mediations and hearings)
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Time management prowess to meet deadlines is crucial
